Pale straw with green hues. The aromatics show paw paw and mango with blossom notes and sweet spice. The wine has a savoury edge with flinty notes from the wild ferment. The palate is fine and creamy with a touch of nuttiness, evolving with zingy citrus notes, fresh mango and cream.
