Pe Tinto Wine is from one of Portugal's largest wineries Esporao - Grapes are brought into the winery, de-stemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation then takes place for five days at 23°C in stainless steel vats which are temperature controlled. After fermentation and pneumatic pressing the wines goes through malolactic fermentation, and is aged for four months in stainless steels vats before blending takes place. Very affordable and easy drinking wine.
