Clarendon Hills

Clarendon Hills

In 1990, Roman Bratasiuk embarked on a truly remarkable wine making journey and scribed an Australian story along the way. The Ukrainian immigrant redefined Australia’s fine wine landscape when he began Clarendon Hills with nothing more than vision, a bucket and pair of secateurs and his bare hands. Believing less is more - Roman seeks to standardise his winemaking approach in a bid to put the site specificity on a pedestal, “and let this do the talking”. Clarendon Hills is now considered among international critics as one of the best wineries in the world.
