Bannockburn vineyards are some of the earliest established in the Geelong wine region of Victoria. All wines are produced with estate-grown fruit and a steadfast commitment to quality.

The complex and finely-tectured Bannockburn Serré Pinot Noir is derived from a 1.2 hectare vineyard planted in 1985. Serré is vinified using traditional Burgundian winemaking practices and maturation takes place in new and seasoned French oak. It is characterised by defined, black cherry/violet aromas with a meaty complexity, silky-textured palate and vinosity.
